Experience the ultimate beauty of Captiva Island with your own bay-front rental home. Captiva Pair-A-Dice has one of the most unique boat docks on both Captiva or Sanibel Island. A totally private, 300 ft. lighted walkway to a 100 ft. T-dock is great for fishing or sun bathing, and the gulf waters are perfect for any size boat.

Our rental home is a duplex with each side accommodating up to 8 people, including children. We do not allow pets or smoking in either rental property. Both sides are very comfortable and spacious homes with approximately 3,000 square feet of living space.

Features & Amenities...

The upstairs living room area is very spacious and lovely. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen there is a wet bar with a Jenn Air grill all looking out to the beautiful bay and lighted private dock. The entire upstairs area has a view of the water.

There are four bedrooms on the first floor.

First bedroom has a king size bed with full bath.
Second bedroom has a king size bed with full bath.
Third bedroom has a queen size bed with full bath.
Fourth bedroom has two twin beds and is the only bedroom without a private bathroom.
There is another half bathroom upstairs for guests.

Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. There are also separate central AC systems on both the first and second floor so you can set your desired temperature on both levels.

There is a laundry room on the first floor with a full size washer and dryer.

It is only a short 3 minute walk to the beach. We are only a 2 minute walk to the shops, restaurants, entertainment, art galleries and much more!

Walk 2 doors down to Jensen's Marina if you should like to rent a boat for a half day. If you should enjoy fishing off our dock you can get bait there as well.

Golfing is also available on Sanibel Island at The Dunes and Beachview Golf Club. Both golf courses feature a full 18 holes and are only 20 minutes away by car.

You can take advantage of the Sanibel Fit for Life Recreation Center which is 10 minutes away by car. The following features are available at a very low cost:
